This is the concept small sushi café that serves fresh, traditional Japanese food. The café includes a row of confortable banquette seating and loose tables and chairs, hot and cold food displays, and the kitchen is visible from the front of the house. The atmosphere is comfortable and fun, the selected colours are complimentary of the food. The majority of the business will be " meal on the go" so the food display needs to be fresh and appetising.
