Our brief for this project was to create a warm, inviting atmosphere for a new patisserie/artisan bread/ cafe shop at Breakfast Point.

The design proposal needed to reflect the high quality of pastries, bread and coffee to offer. Also the transparency of the indoor /outdoors was addressed by proposing new half size glass folding windows.

The proposed natural finishes of stone, timber and stainless steel and the different seating arrangements: banquette, bar, table and chairs created the perfect setting for this shop.

Implementation: Space planning, Interior design, Kitchen planning, Documentation, Graphic design and Contract administration.
